Scrum is an agile framework for managing product development, commonly used in software development but can be applied to other types of projects.

Scrum is characterized by breaking down large tasks into smaller tasks that are divided over time periods called Sprints.

And this helps the team to stay focused and never lose the context throughout the development phase.

But the question remains…

How are tasks distributed across Sprints?

To understand this point, we first need to familiarize ourselves with two basic terms.

When starting work on the project, all the tasks to be completed are placed in the Product Backlog.

You can think of it as the place where the Customer take note of all the features that he want to have in his product.

And they are written in the form of User Stories.
